White Fish and Romanesco

When the time of year is "Fish Fridays" I like to prepare this meal. A very clean white fish baked in the oven, paired with Romanesca which is a cross between broccoli and cauliflower. It has a great flavor with kind of a nutty finish. The cook time is almost exact to that of the fish so it is easy to have everything be done at once. Enjoy!
