Red Pepper Linguini with Shrimp
When the time of year is "Fish Fridays" I like to prepare this meal. I was in the meat section of the grocery store looking for a meal idea. The butcher and I took a stroll and came up with this. A light and flavorful combination of fresh pasta, shrimp, herbs and some citric acid to bring home the depth. I hope you like this as much as we do.
